Living in the Gift

Not long ago, communities thrived on freely sharing their unique gifts, fostering deep connections and mutual support. This spirit of generosity and gratitude remains our natural state.

I offer my teachings as a heartfelt gift, rooted in the belief that sacred offerings are meant to be given freely.

There is no fixed fee. Instead, you're invited to contribute in a way that feels right for you—be it through a donation, sharing my offerings with others, or bringing your own gifts to your community.

Let's rekindle this cycle of generosity and interconnectedness.

Hi, I'm Veronika.

Peace lives in each breath and it's my privilege to help you experience this ease and grace.

Whether you're seeking to enhance vitality, navigate dis-ease or injury, or simply explore the joy of movement, I'm here to hold a supportive space for your personal journey.

With over 20 years’ experience in yoga and creative dance, I started Move and Create to offer experiences that blend breath, movement, and mindfulness in support of your wellbeing and self-expression.

Drawing from the Hatha Yoga tradition of TKV Desikachar and Krishnamacharya, and the creative dance teachings of Isadora Duncan, Mary Wigman, and Dorotea Mangiamele, my classes are designed to be inclusive and nurturing.

I offer group classes, one-on-one sessions, and private small group experiences. Please explore my 2025 offerings or email me to discuss personalised options.

"Veronika teaches with gentle wisdom and compassion, creating a safe, supportive space for movement and healing."

At Move and Create, we respectfully acknowledge the Nyoongar people as the Traditional Custodians of the sacred Whadjuk Boodja on which we have the privilege of breathing, moving and creating on. We honour their enduring connection to this Country—its lands, waters, skies, and stories. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, who have long known the medicine of breath, movement, connection, and gift.
