Traditionally, yoga was passed down through one-on-one teachings, allowing for personalised guidance tailored to individual needs. Honouring this approach, I offer private and small group yoga sessions to support your specific health and wellness goals.
Whether you're navigating postnatal recovery with a newborn by your side, healing from an injury, or managing a chronic health condition, we will tailor a practice to meet you where you are and support your movement goals.
Please email me to book a session or discuss how I can support you.
Creative dance offers a liberating path to self-expression, inviting you to play, explore and enjoy the present moment. Through improvisation and guided movement, you can discover your personal dance style, enhance body awareness, and connect deeply with your body, mind, and spirit.
These sessions draw inspiration from the pioneering work of Isadora Duncan, Mary Wigman, and Dorotea Mangiamele, embracing natural, expressive movement that honours the rhythms of nature and the depths of human emotion.
Whether you're new to dance or seeking to reconnect with your body's innate rhythms, these classes hold a supportive space for you to explore movement and creativity.
Tuesdays 11am-12noon at North Fremantle Community Hall, North Fremantle
